Elastic Peloton is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. All information stays on your device.
Data We Collect
Elastic Peloton requests access to the following:
Device Location (GPS) Your precise location is used solely to display your position on the map and to calculate the relative distance and position between you and nearby riders. Your location is never transmitted to any server or shared with any third party.
Bluetooth Bluetooth is used to detect and communicate with nearby devices running Elastic Peloton. No personal data is transmitted via Bluetooth beyond what is necessary for the app to function.
Data Stored on Your Device
Elastic Peloton stores the following preferences locally on your device only:
- A user handle (this does not need to be your real name)
- A chosen avatar for map display
- Your preferred unit of measurement (feet or meters)
- Display mode preference (light or dark)
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to OldManRider or any third party.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information
- We do not transmit location data to any server
- We do not sell, share, or monetize any data
- We do not use analytics or advertising services
Children’s Privacy
Elastic Peloton is intended for adult users and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
